Ingredients:
5 large jalapeno peppers
Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
1/4 cup vegan cheddar cheese shreds
Directions:
1. Cut jalapenos open and remove seeds.
2. Stuff with vegan cream cheese and cheddar shreds. Apply bread crumbs on top and around.
3. Place jalapenos on fry-pan for about three minutes or until bread crumbs turn brown.
